Godwin’s current work encompasses both painting (oncanvas and paper) and printmaking (in the form of suites of unique mono-prints). Hiscomplex but beautifully balanced compositions are inspired by the coastal landscapesaround Hastings, East Sussex, where he moved in 2000. Godwin’s work beautifullycombines abstract elements with an underlying sense of the Sublime landscape.Godwin has exhibited regularly in the UK and abroad, and his work features in corporateand private collections worldwide.
