E-members may elect to receive print copy of the newsletter for an additional US$10.
Senior Fellows will continue to receive benefits at no cost, including access to the on-line journal, but are
required to submit the Dues Notice Form with current contact information. Those who wish to receive print
copies of the journal are required to pay US$50/year and submit their request in writing via the Dues
Notice Form.
All Student Members must provide written documentation of full-time enrollment for the current academic
year. This documentation can be any schedule or fee statement, I.D. card, or a letter from their advisor
and/or admissions office of the university.
Student Members have access to journal and newsletter articles on-line for US$10/year.
W/Print Journal – Students wishing to receive print copies of the journal, , must submit
their request via the Dues Notice Form for US$50/year.
, , and memberships are dues-free with full benefits, including printed copies of
the journal. However, these members are required to submit the Dues Notice Form with current contact information
and initial the request for the journal if they so desire.

• All dues are payable by January 1, 2006.
• All past due member accounts will be placed on the inactive list as of March 1, 2006.
