EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS FOR 2006<br />

significantly reduced registration fees at conferences and seminars co-sponsored by the <strong>Society</strong>.<br />

Standard Membership entitles members to receive print copies <strong>of</strong> the journal, , and the<br />

Electronic Membership entitles members to on-line access to journal and newsletter articles – no<br />
publications are sent by mail. [US$75/year]<br />
E-members may elect to receive print copy <strong>of</strong> the newsletter for an additional US$10.<br />
Senior Fellows will continue to receive benefits at no cost, including access to the on-line journal, but are<br />
required to submit the Dues Notice Form with current contact information. Those who wish to receive print<br />
copies <strong>of</strong> the journal are required to pay US$50/year and submit their request in writing via the Dues<br />
Notice Form.<br />
All Student Members must provide written documentation <strong>of</strong> full-time enrollment for the current academic<br />
year. This documentation can be any schedule or fee statement, I.D. card, or a letter from their advisor<br />
and/or admissions <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> the university.<br />
Student Members have access to journal and newsletter articles on-line for US$10/year.<br />
W/Print Journal – Students wishing to receive print copies <strong>of</strong> the journal, , must submit<br />
their request via the Dues Notice Form for US$50/year.<br />
, , and memberships are dues-free with full benefits, including printed copies <strong>of</strong><br />
the journal. However, these members are required to submit the Dues Notice Form with current contact information<br />
and initial the request for the journal if they so desire.<br />
