"Territorial park" means an area dedicated as a recreationpark under 4(1)(a) <strong>and</strong> (b) of <strong>the</strong> Territorial Parks Act <strong>and</strong> any o<strong>the</strong>r territorial park outside localgovernment boundaries <strong>the</strong> area of which exceeds 130 hectares (approximately 321 acres).SAHTU IMPLEMENTATION PLAN 87
