Notify the STC a proposal to establish a GNWT after settlementterritorial park which is not included in thelegislationdefinition of territorial park under chapter 17;provide the STC with a reasonable period oftime to prepare its views on the matter; andprovide the STC with an opportunity to presentits views2. Review proposal and present views to the STC within period providedGNWT3. Give full and fair consideration given to the GNWTviews presented4. The Sahtu Tribal Council shall be invited to participate in thepreparation of any plan. A park management plan shall be approved by the Minister beforecoming into force. The use by participants shall be in accordance with applicable interimmanagement guidelines or park management plan.ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBILITY TIMING GUIDELINES(in sequence)1.
