Establish a Working Group, composed of Board within 18 months ofequal representation of Sahtu Dene andsettlement legislationMetis and government agencies with wildlifemanagement responsibilities2. Develop the methodology and design of the Working Group, Board within 21 months ofharvest study in accordance with the termssettlement legislationof reference in schedule I3. Approve the methodology and design of the Board within 22 months ofharvest studysettlement legislation4. Prepare for the harvest study Board between 18 and 24months after settlementlegislation5. Initiate the harvest study Board within two years ofsettlement legislation6. Conclude the harvest study Board within seven years ofsettlement legislation7.
