When the GNWT considers it appropriate, GNWT after settlementa decision will be made to modify thelegislationpreferential contracting policy2. Notify the STC and request comments GNWT3. If significant changes are proposed, the GNWT, STCparties may agree to meet4. Prepare a report for Executive Council GNWTwith consideration of the comments of theSahtu Dene and Metis5.
