Prepare <strong>the</strong> annual budget Enrolment Board within three months ofsettlement legislation<strong>and</strong>, subsequently,annually <strong>for</strong> four years5. Review <strong>and</strong> approve <strong>the</strong> budget NAP6. Hire support staff <strong>and</strong> establish <strong>the</strong> Enrolment Board within one month ofEnrolment Board <strong>and</strong> establish officesettlement legislationoperating procedures <strong>and</strong> policies7.
