ANNEX AProject 21 - 6:Project Manager:Participant/Liaison:Access to Sahtu lands for military maneuversDepartment of National Defence (DND)Designated Sahtu Organization (DSO), Arbitration PanelObligations Addressed:21.3.3 (a) In addition to access provided by 21.3.1, the Department of National Defence and theCanadian Armed Forces may have access to Sahtu lands and waters overlying such landsfor military maneuvers after the negotiation of an agreement with respect to contactpersons, areas, timing, land use rent, compensation for damages caused to lands orproperty, and any other matter.
