ANNEX AProject 21 - 4:Project Manager:Participant/Liaison:Government access to <strong>Sahtu</strong> l<strong>and</strong>sGovernmentDesignated <strong>Sahtu</strong> Organization (DSO)Obligations Addressed:21.3.1 Agents, employees, contractors of government <strong>and</strong> members of <strong>the</strong> Canadian Armed Forcesshall have <strong>the</strong> right to enter, cross <strong>and</strong> stay on <strong>Sahtu</strong> l<strong>and</strong>s <strong>and</strong> waters overlying such l<strong>and</strong>s<strong>and</strong> to use natural resources incidental to such access to deliver <strong>and</strong> manage governmentprograms <strong>and</strong> services, to carry out inspections pursuant to law <strong>and</strong> to en<strong>for</strong>ce laws.Government shall give prior notice of such access to <strong>the</strong> designated <strong>Sahtu</strong> organization when,in <strong>the</strong> opinion of government, it is reasonable to do so.Referenced Clauses: 7.1, 21,1,7ACTIVITIES RESPONSIBILITY TIMING GUIDELINES(in sequence)1.
