ea oE Y E O N A R B O N N EINDEPENDENT CONSULTANT,NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENTashley monroe

LIVING TO YOURFULL POTENTIALashley monroeNVPIndependent Consultant, National Vice PresidentAshley Monroe Nation; Frisco, TXLet me paint the picture of where I am writing my Eye on Arbonne story.I can hear the waves crashing against the shore, smell the salt water andfeel the cool ocean breeze. I am on my balcony of a spa resort in LagunaBeach, CA, that Arbonne has graciously invited me to stay for my veryfirst National Vice President meeting. I have officially been an NVP for19 days and life is good! I just returned from breakfast where I overheardanother new NVP say, “No one ever told me that once you get to the topall you do is travel, go to parties and help promote out your team.” It trulyis amazing we get paid to do what we do — enjoy life and help othersdo the same. Now, I am not going to lie or sugar coat this — it does takework, hard work, to get to the top. Anything worth having takes effort toget there and stay there. However, the joy and satisfaction you gain is apriceless reward.I began my Arbonne journey just over a year ago in July 2004. Our teambecame a Region in less time than a pregnancy! I took a breather for acouple of months and started pressing on to Nation. In a few shortmonths, our team promoted to the last level of management. That is whenit really started sinking in that I am being used as a witness to help othersdream again. There is more to life than just existing. Each one of us has a purpose anda destiny. It is up to you to figure out what your plan in life is. Otherwise, you will be a victim to life, wandering around aimlessly, allowing life topush and pull you around. Vision is the first step in becoming successful.Once you have a vision established, write down your strategy on how toget from point A to point B. When distractions arise in your life, and theywill, you will know you are not on course and be able to get back ontrack, heading in the right direction. Put your feet on solid ground andforge straight ahead. If you are not experiencing life to its fullest, you cannot help others do thesame. Would you not love the history books to describe this time in historyas, “The generation that not just existed but reached their full potential. This generation did not allow circumstances to dictate their life. The Monroe Family: Ashley, Grace, 5; Mark and Gabriel, 1 1 /2.Mom, EAM Deborah Coates, and Ashley atENVP Meloni Barkley’s training.

Training in Arlington, Texas.DM Anthony Roseburr, Louis Reyna, DM Kevin Sayre and Curtis Fitzgerald.Instead, they rose above the circumstances and overcame theobstacles. The phrase ‘pay it forward’ was put into practice andhas had life-changing results for the world! This generation has thevision to see.” That, my friends, is what Arbonne can do for youand your loved ones. I am in awe just thinking about it. I feel soblessed to be a part of Arbonne, the life-changing experiences thathave already occurred and to know this is only the beginning! There is nothing special, secret or magical about getting to Nation.I did not have any red ruby slippers or yellow brick road leadingthe way. I am not different than any of you. In fact, I had morerejections than affirmations. It was not until I received myMercedes-Benz through participating in the Mercedes-Benz CashBonus Program that people started to believe what I had beentelling them all along. The majority of my business builders wereConsultants who purchased product at discount. They were watchingand waiting to see if I would succeed or fail before they wouldjoin me. As you read Eye on Arbonne stories, you should use it forinspiration — I did. You just have to forget about the things that arebehind you and reach forward to those things that are ahead. Runto get the prize. Let us run the race with perseverance. If you donot have a destination, you will not know when you get there. Theperson that has shared Arbonne with you, believes in you andwants you to prosper, not only financially but personally as well. You have one of the greatest gifts being offered to you. You canaccept it and open it, put it to the side or close that door in yourlife. It is up to you. If you have agreed to open the gift, you mustdecide to commit, give up the option to quit and have a no-matterwhatattitude. I can assure you that all the NVPs in this companyhave done the same. It takes dedication, determination, motivationand a team to be successful in this business. If I can do it, you cantoo!I want to thank my extraordinary team.
