Construction of the <strong>Pressure</strong> <strong>Relief</strong> <strong>Valves</strong> <strong>SPV</strong>, <strong>SPV</strong>FSymbolDescriptionThe direct spring, slidingpiston <strong>Pressure</strong> <strong>Relief</strong> Valve<strong>SPV</strong>/<strong>SPV</strong>F is intended forinline mounting and issuitable to safeguard lowpressure hydraulic circuitsup to 20 (30) bars. The pipeconnection is to be effectedeither by SAE-MountingSurfaces (3000 psi) or byWhitworth Pipe Threads ”G“.Valve ConstructionThe SIiding Piston 2 ispressed against the Annu-Iated Area a by theCompression Spring 3 andseparates the <strong>Pump</strong> ConnectionP from the ReservoirConnection R sealing theBore d. As soon as theoperating pressure padjusted by the Set Screw 4,is reached the SIiding Piston2 releases the oil flow to thereservoir. The SpringChamber b is pressurecompensated by the Bore c.During starting-up the valvethe Spring Chamber b mustbe bleeded by the BleedingScrew 5, (Hex. SocketWidth: 4).
