The following, however,are excluded:a) Damage caused during shipment.b) Damage caused by accident, misuse,abuse of op er a tion contraryto the in struc tions specifi ed in theSunfi re Cor po ra tion user’s manualc) Units where the serial numberhas been defaced, modifi ed orremoved,d) Damage re sult ing from mod i fi ca tionor attempted repair by any personnot authorized in writing by Sunfi reCor po ra tion.e) Units purchased from unauthorizeddealers.The Sunfi re Corporation Warranty extendsto the original owner or subsequentowner(s) during the two year warrantyperiod so long as the original datedpur chase receipt is pre sent ed wheneverwarranty service is required.All implied warranties, including warranties or merchantability and fi tnessfor par tic u lar purposes, are limited induration to the two year length of thisWarranty, unless otherwise provided bystate law.Sunfi re Corporation’s liability is limitedto the repair or replacement, at our option,of any defective product and shallnot in any event include property or anyother in ci den tal or consequential damageswhich may result from the failure ofthis product.
