The Philippine EnvironmentPartnership Program [PEPP]The PEPP, pursuant to DENR Administrative Order 2003-14 is a DENRpartnership program with industries, in cooperation with the otherenvironment-related agencies, aimed to support industry self-regulationtowards improved environmental performance.Objectives1. To promote mandatory self-monitoringand compliance with environmentalstandards and to encourage voluntaryself-regulation.2. To provide incentives and package ofassistance to establishments particularlySMEs to achieve pollution preventionand cleaner production process.3. To build or enhance the capabilityof establishments and/or their associationson self-regulation.4.
