To provide secretarial and administrative support to the relevant Curriculum and ProgrammeManagers.2. To provide typing services and document production for the area and maintain filing andrecord systems. The typing and updating of academic staff CV’s for the area and toproduce/distribute college certificates.3. To co-ordinate appointments, meeting and greeting visitors, taking messages, answeringtelephone enquiries and to collect and distribute internal mail for area.4. To maintain and order stationery supplies for the area and deal with invoicing and budgetaryrecords.5. To produce and maintain a file of the copies of hourly-paid staff assignments and claims6. Record and return Staff Absence Reporting documentation for HR. Process and update thestaff holiday planners for the area.SKILLS AND COMPETENCES Sound IT skills and knowledge Good administrative and filing skills Good customer service manner Must demonstrate a commitment to development of personal language, literacy andnumeracy skills appropriate to the post. Ability to prioritise and organise workload Ability to help manage a complex workload Ability to take initiative in support of manager/s
