No .D-21013(13)/2011-GAGovernment <strong>of</strong> India<strong>Ministry</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Micro</strong>, <strong>Small</strong> and Medium Enterprises--------Subject :- <strong>Quotation</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>purchase</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Computers</strong> - <strong>Reg</strong>.Udyog Bhawan, New DelhiDated, the 7 th October, 2011I am directed to say that this <strong>Ministry</strong> intends to <strong>purchase</strong> 16 <strong>Computers</strong> (all in-one) asper specifications mentioned below:-“ i 3 CPU, 500 GB Hard Disk, 2GB RAM, 21.5” TFT HD, Wired keyboard mouse,wireless LAN, Web cam inbuilt and Window 7 basic”<strong>Quotation</strong>s are there<strong>for</strong>e invited <strong>for</strong> the same. Interested parties may send their<strong>Quotation</strong>s to Under Secretary (GA), Room No. 356A, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi-110011 latestby 3.00 P.M. on 31.10.2011 in sealed covers superscribed “<strong>Quotation</strong> <strong>for</strong> All in-one <strong>Computers</strong>”.<strong>Quotation</strong>s received late will not be considered. <strong>Quotation</strong>s will be opened on the same day at3.30 P.M. in Room N o. 356-A. Those who wish to be present may do so at the given venue.TERMS AND CONDITIONS1) The <strong>purchase</strong> is comprehensive which includes on site supply, installation, freemaintenance and replacement <strong>of</strong> parts during guarantee/ warranty period, familiarization <strong>of</strong> the<strong>of</strong>fice staff <strong>for</strong> the operation <strong>of</strong> the system and prompt attendance to any complaint made onphone regarding non-functioning/malfunctioning.2) The supply, installation and operational time will be ten days from the date <strong>of</strong> receipt <strong>of</strong>the <strong>purchase</strong> order. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation <strong>of</strong> the <strong>purchase</strong> order and <strong>for</strong>feiture<strong>of</strong> the EMD and no representation will be entertained in this regard. The <strong>Ministry</strong> will be atliberty to procure the item from any other source.3) The quotations should be accompanied by EMD <strong>of</strong> Rs. 20,000/- in the <strong>for</strong>m <strong>of</strong> DDpayable to DDO, <strong>Ministry</strong> <strong>of</strong> MSME, without which the quotation will not be considered.4) Payment shall be made only after satisfactory installation duly certified by the user<strong>of</strong>ficial.5) The firm which has been black listed or whose service were found to be unsatisfactory byany Govt. Office will not be eligible <strong>for</strong> bidding.6) Concealment <strong>of</strong> any fact(s) will invite blacklisting <strong>of</strong> the firm and will be debarred fromany future bidding <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Ministry</strong>..Contd….2/--2-
