國 際 合 作 International Cooperation為 因 應 全 球 化 時 代 及 跨 境 交 易 所 衍 生 之 消 費 者 保 護 問 題 , 我 國 積 極 推 動 參 與 國 際 消 費者 保 護 執 行 網 路 (ICPEN) 及 OECD 消 費 者 政 策 委 員 會 等 消 費 者 保 護 國 際 組 織 活 動 。In response to globalization and consumerprotection issues that arise as a result of cross-bordertransactions, Taiwan actively promotes and participatesin international organizations such as InternationalConsumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN),Committee on Consumer Policy (CCP) of OECD, and soon.為 加 強 消 費 者 保 護 政 策 、 措 施 及 議 題 之 合 作 , 我 國 亦 加強 與 先 進 國 家 消 保 機 關 之 合 作 交 流 。To reinforce the cooperation of consumerprotection policies, measures, and issues, Taiwan alsoenhances the cooperation and communication withother consumer protection agencies of developedcountries.未 來 展 望 Prospections強 化 產 品 安 全 衛 生 : 落 實 黑 心 食 品 、 藥 品 、 農 產 品 機 制 之 建 立 與 監 督 。Reinforce product safety and hygiene: establishes mechanisms andconduct supervision for food, drug, and agricultural products.建 構 公 平 消 費 環 境 : 加 強 研 議 定 型 化 契 約 , 強 化 定 型 化 契 約 之 制 定 及 查 核 。Construct fair trade environment for consumers:checks and reviews continuous standardizedcontracts, and enhance the enactment ofstandardized contracts and examination in theirimplementation.加 強 消 費 教 育 宣 導 : 策 定 及 推 動 我 國 「 消 費 者 教 育推 動 策 略 」, 加 強 對 弱 勢 族 群 如 老 人 、 婦 女 、 原 住 民 、新 住 民 、 學 童 等 之 教 育 及 宣 導 。Improve consumer education: plans andpromotes the “Promoting Strategies for ConsumerEducation”, with special emphasis on more vulnerable consumers such aselders, women, aborigines, immigrants, and children.強 化 消 費 資 訊 蒐 集 : 強 化 消 費 者 行 為 之 研 究 , 系 統 性 分 析 統 計 消 費 申 訴 案件 , 以 發 掘 消 費 問 題 , 作 為 政 府 制 定 政 策 與 措 施 之 依 據 。Collect consumer information: improves the research on consumerbehavior; systematically analyzes and compiles statistics on consumercomplaints to explore consumer issues that will serve as reference forgovernment policies and measures.1819
