Policy6.5.1 If a case manager or adjudicator decides that further information onan individual’s functional ability to drive is necessary in order tomake a driver fitness determination, the case manager oradjudicator will request a functional assessment.6.5.2 If a case manager or adjudicator decides to request a functionalassessment, the case manager or adjudicator will review theguidelines regarding the use of assessments outlined in the relevantmedical condition chapter(s), and the policies outlined in thischapter, and decide which functional assessment to request.
