Thesource of the potential impairment is known and the inevitability offunctional impairment is known in the event that the episodicimpairment occurs, but when it will occur is not known.means that an individual’s motor, sensory and cognitive functionsare sufficient to drive safelyis any kind of assessment that involves direct observation ormeasurement of the functions necessary for driving.
