Nerua, kitchen architecture in
a museum
Nerua, la cuisine d’un musée | Nerua, la cocina de un museo
Imagine the face of Frank Gehry,
the architect of the very iconic
Guggenheim Museum Bilbao,
when he learned that a restaurant
with direct access from the
hall would open the Serra room.
Worse yet, the kitchen would be
open to the dining room! «I want
to participate in the design, with
the Chef and with Fagor (kitchen
design project agency),» he announced
emphatically.
