The grapes are hand-picked when perfectly ripe. The<br />

wine is matured in oak barrels until it is bottled and<br />

can finally reveal character of its fine gravel terroir.<br />

This well-balanced wine develops charm and richness<br />

early in the bottle.<br />

Rich and powerful, this is a wine with lots of depth.<br />

Flavours of jammed red berries and vanilla give<br />

away to a smooth finish.<br />

Vinification: Fermentation in small vats at moderate<br />

temperature and early transfer to barrels (40%<br />

new). The wine is matured on fine lees<br />

Le raisin est cueilli à la main à pleine maturité. Le<br />

vin, élevé en barriques jusqu’à la mise en bouteilles,<br />

révèle le caractère (graves) de son terroir.<br />

Il exprime très tôt toute sa richesse.<br />

Riche et puissant, il a une belle profondeur. Goût de<br />

fruits rouges confits et de vanille. Bel équilibre pour<br />

cette bouteille à la finale longue et onctueuse.<br />
