Yes, quite often though we do have suppliers who<br />
have, for a long time, provided the restaurant with<br />
the very best quality ingredients.<br />
We generally go the market to find inspiration and<br />
to get new ideas, for example at the start of the<br />
season.<br />
Do you cook at home?<br />
Yes.<br />
Which kind of cuisine?<br />
Fresh and very simple cuisine.<br />
