The <strong>tender</strong> will be opened at 2.00 PM onthe same day.The E.M.D. may be deposited by DD favour of The Principal, Govt. Engineering College,Ajmer payable at Ajmer, The College authority reserves the right of not to accept the lowestor any <strong>tender</strong> without assigning any reason thereof. The <strong>tender</strong> details & schedule can becollect from the office of the undersigned on all working days or it can be down loaded fromthe College website.www.ec<strong>ajmer</strong>.ac.in.DETAILS TERMS & CONDITIONS TO NOTICE INVITED TENDERThe price quoted should be on firm basis including delivery/installation/fitting charges atsite as per scope of work. The price should be quoted in Rupees system per item.The rates quoted shall be net F.O.R. at Govt. Engineering College, Ajmer inclusive of alltaxes/ charges.The quantities mentioned in the <strong>tender</strong> format are indicative in nature and can beincreased/ decreased according to our requirements from time to time during the rateapproval period.Period of delivery on placing of firm supply order Should not be more than 30 days fromthe date of receipt of supply order.Quality/Make of the articles quoted be specified.


Sales/VAT/Service Tax if any leviable should be distinctly shown separately along withprice quoted. The rate will remain till 31/03/2014.The <strong>tender</strong>/quotation will be received up to 25-10-2013 at 11.00 AMThe <strong>tender</strong>/quotation will be opened at 25-10-2013, at 2.00 PM. Any Govt.
