Operating manual Laundry PointConnector CN5This is the board input connector. Terminal 1 and terminal 2 are the positive andnegative inputs of the “Machine powered” signal. This signal is activated when themachines are powered. Terminal 3 and terminal 4 are the positive and negative inputsof the “Machine Busy” signal. This signal is activated when the machine is inoperation.Connector CN6Normally NOT USED.In case of direct voltage, the signals must be connected accordingto the polarity indicated in the diagram. In case of alternate voltage,polarity is not important. The allowed voltage ranges are thefollowing: 5 ÷ 30 V in DC - 5 ÷ 230 V in AC.All machines piloted by Laundry Point must have a “Machine Number”. The machinenumber is the address set on the BIO board. To assign an address, the Dip-Switcheson the board are moved.The BIO board addresses are composed using a binary code on dip-switch SW1,installed on the printed circuit.Below are the switch combinations that represent the first thirty addresses. The Dipswitchpositions can be changed even when the BIO board is powered.
