Strongback SystemT-13-D Strongback Anchor BoltThe T-13-D Strongback Anchor Bolt is designed tobe used in emergency situation. The T-13-D allows thecontractor to locate a strongback on a panel after thepanel has been poured. This is accomplished by usingthe same procedure as the T-13 Bolt, drilling a 3/4”diameter hole in the panel and installing the StrongbackAnchor Bolt by torque to a minimum of 200 ft. Ibs. 3/4”.Refer to pages 80 and 81 for additional installationdetails.B-12 Coil Rod or 3/4” B14-A Adjustable Coil Bolts,with B-11 Plate Washers then are screwed into the topof the Strongabck Anchor Bolt and the strongbacks areattached to the panel. Once the panel is erected andthe strongbacks are removed, the T-13-D StrongbackAnchor Bolt is removed and reused on future panels.The reusable bolt is available in both a 4-1/2” length anda 6” length.T-13D Length SWL @ 2:1 SF4-1/2” 4,500 lb.6” 6,000 lb.T-13 Strongback Anchor BoltTo Order:Specify: (1) quantity, (2) name, (3) length.Example:50, T-13D Strongback Anchor Bolt,4-1/2” long.Note: T-13 Tang not shown on above drawing.
