The territorial limits of District Budgam for the purpose of selection to vacant positions under NRHM would mean the area of operation ofDistrict Health Society Budgam.2. The expression “Block Level” wherever used in this advertisement notification would mean “Medical Block” and not the “C.D. Block”.3. Contract will be offered by District Rural Health Society, Budgam and not by the J&K Government.4. The initial contract will be for a period upto 31/03/2012, extendable subject to performance review of the selected candidates, budgetaryprovisions in the next financial year and continuation of Scheme.5. Candidates belonging to other districts need not apply as National Rural Health Mission stresses upon the selection of the local candidateswhere the institution is located/established so as to ensure regular/continuous presence of staff for 24 hours x 7 days service. In case localcandidates within Village/ Block are not available then selection committee may consider eligible candidates from nearby Village/Block/Tehsil (asthe case maybe) within the district.3. The selected candidates shall be paid monthly honorarium under National Rural Health Mission, as communicated by State Health SocietyJ&K and contractual appointee shall not be entitled to any other allowances or monetary benefits whatsoever.4. At the time of interview, the candidates must produce the original documents, the copies of which are attached with the application formwithout which he / she will not be allowed to appear in the interview.5. A contractual appointee shall have to execute an agreement/bond with District Health Society Budgam.6. All the contracts executed under the banner of “District Health Society Budgam” stands cancelled if the society is dissolved at any time duringthe contract period.7. The contractual appointee shall be required to work at the place against the post to which he/she is appointed and shall not be eligible fortransfer from the place of posting.Page 3 of 4
