<strong>ENERGY</strong> <strong>SAVING</strong> <strong>AIR</strong> <strong>HANDLING</strong> <strong>UNITS</strong> - <strong>HiT</strong>Air handling units with an energy saving casing are highly effective and purposed forobjects requiring most pretentious air conditioning.These air handling untis are designed for air flow rates from 500 to 60.000 m 3 /h air, and comein 47 different sizes.Quality proof and energy saving air handling unit casing is made on basis of recommendations asset forth under the SIST EN 1886. It is made of a framework consisting of special Al profileswithout any heat bridges. The external part of profile is separated from the internal part of the Alprofile by an isolator, while the corner plates are heat non-conductive, too. Double-wall covers ofthickness 50mm are built into the casing of the air handling unit.They are divided into subgroups according to their place of installation:Indoor air handling unitsOutdoor air handling unitsSwimming pool air handling unitHygienic air handling unitsEnergy saving air handling unit <strong>HiT</strong> meets standards as set under the SIST EN 1886 regarding:mechanical stability:heat continuity:heat bridge factor:casing sealing :D1T2TB2L1We further manufacture air handling units with double plate recuperator and adiabatic cooling bymeans of a high-pressure humidifier (cold fog).These were developed to enasure recuperation of heat and cold in the air conditioning systems, aswell as for environment-friendly cooling in the summer time, by means of heat of evaporation ofwater. Through double plate heat exchanger in cross-counterflow version, high levels of heatrecuperation are achieved. In the summer time the indirect resp. adiabatic cooling ensures precoolingof objects without usage of any cooling and compressor systems.In case higher cooling power is required (additional cooling resp. drying of air), the device boastsfully integrated compressor cooling system.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND SERVICINGDuring their operation, air handling units installed in individual buildings must be subject toappropriate control, maintenance and servicing by KOLEKTOR KOLING service.If a building requires 24-hour operation of air handling units, we provide also 24-hour remote controlof AHU operation, and fast and efficient servicing with short reaction times in case of breakdown ormalfunction.To be able to assure such short reaction times, we need fast and easily accessible information. Forthis reason, we developed our own communication system eLarm enabling users to operate variousdevices by remote control.It is designed for application by maintenance staff, controllers and users in general. Almost every unitcan be connected with eLarm system.The advantages of such control system are:24-hour remote access to information on the state of individual devices or the entire system,24-hour remote control of parameters essential for operation of individual devices or the entiresystem,Informing about breakdown or malfunction of individual devices or the entire system,Immediate remote alarm in case of accidents (fire, possibility of frost, water outflow etc.)Safer and more efficient utilization of devices and systems.
