ANNEXURERIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005 sec. 4(b)(xi)The budget allocated to each of its agency, indicating the particulars of allplans, proposed expenditures and reports on disbursements made:-1. ECIL and CMS Companies have been awarded the contract forproviding hardware, personal and infrastructure for the registration andscanning of documents. CMS has been awarded the districts of BangaloreUrban, Bangalore Rural, Tumkur, Belgaum where they collect Rs.30/- perpage scanned. Out of which Rs.16/- is paid to the Company and the restappropriated to Government. Similarly ECIL has been awarded remainingdistricts of the State, where the Company collects Rs.30/- per pagescanned of which Rs.25/- is paid to the Company and the rest appropriatedto the Government. Government has not invested any funds for registrationand scanning of documents which is on a BOT basis for a period of 5years ending September 2008.
