HT1632CFunctional DescriptionDisplay Memory RAMThe static display memory (RAM) is organized into 644bits or 964 bits and is used to store the display data. If32 ROW & 8 COM is selected, the RAM size is 644bits. If 24 ROW & 16 COM is selected, the RAM size is964 bits. The contents of the RAM are directly mappedto the contents of the LED driver. If the data in RAM isset to 1, the corresponding LED will be lighted. Data inthe RAM can be accessed by the READ, WRITE, andREAD-MODIFY-WRITE commands. The contents ofthe RAM can be read or written from bit 0 of the specificaddress.
