Candidates will be given 28 days to complete andsubmit the assignment. The pass mark is a clear pass or fail based onunderstand<strong>in</strong>g and knowledge. Results are dispatched to candidates normallyeight to twelve weeks from the date of the conclusion of the assignment.What is my next step when I complete the course?On successful completion of this course, candidates:• may claim CPD po<strong>in</strong>ts by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the BarStandards Board.• may progress onto Module 1 of any of the CIArb Pathways – mediation,domestic arbitration, <strong>in</strong>ternational arbitration or adjudication.• will be eligible to apply for <strong>Associate</strong> grade membership of the CIArb, andtake advantage of a range of educational and professional benefits.
