Viet Nam Telecom National Company (VTN) is the #1 providerin Vietnam for fixed-line, VoIP, leased-line, ADSL <strong>and</strong> NGNservices with more than 90 million subscribers. Also, the numberof transactions that VTN has to manage has increased alongwith increased diversity of transactions.
