Aplikimi i softwar-it CHEMCAD6.1 për simulimin e procesit te distilimit axeotropik te përfitimit të alkoolit të pastër nga përzierja etanol-ujë si dhesoftwar-it MINITAB 15 për modelin matematikor dhe optimizimin e parametrave të procesit. Simulimi i procesitbëhet duke llogaritur sasinë (Y1) dhe pastërtinë e etanolit (Y2) si përgjigje, kurse sasia e toluenit (X1), temperatura etoluenit (X2) dhe temperatura e përzierjes etanol-ujë (X3) janë parametrat ndikues. Për organizimin eeksperimenteve është përdorur plani i plotë faktorial i rendit të dytë (FFD). Ndikimi i sasisë së toluenit është më ishprehur se rritja e temperaturës së përbërësve hyrës në sistem, sepse përbërja etanol-ujë në avull është i barabartëme përbërjen në lëng. Distilimi axeotropik me pjata është zgjidhje adekuate e ndarjes. Modeli matematikor idizajnimit të plotë faktorial të rendit të dytë jep ekuacion konfidencial për optimizimin e parametrave.Fjalët kyçe: Simulim, distilim, axeotropik, dizajnim, Chemcad, MinitabSUMMARYThen, when lacking the possibility of experiments on industrial scale, for simulation and optimization of parametersaffecting the desired responses applied or professional software. The goals of the tesis is applying SoftwareCHEMCAD 6.1 per simulation azeotropic distillation process to obtain clean ethanol by mixing ethanol - water andsoftware MINITAB 15 for the mathematical model and optimization of procedural parameters. Simulation of theprocess is done by calculating the quantity (Y1) and the purity of ethanol (Y2) as the response and the quantity oftoluen (X1), toluen temperature (X2) and the temperature ethanol-water mixture (X3) are influential parameters fordesigning of experiments is the use of full factorial design of the second order (FFD). Influence of the amount oftoluen is more expressed as the increase in temperature in the system because the content of composition of Etwaterin vapor is equal to the composition of Et-water in liquid. Distillation of azeotropic with column of treis isadequate choice for separation.
