Kokaj et al+on the diffusion process of HTeO 2 cations.Deposited films are nearly stoichiometric with arelatively large grain size (a fraction of 1 μm)which increases with the film thickness. Thepreferential orientation of the grains is (111),regardless of the substrate material, and thispreferentiality increases as the depositionpotential becomes more negative, whereas itdecreases under the effect of annealing in eitherair or nitrogen at 300˚C.The measured interference patterns, notincluded here, are much more pronounced in thereflectance (due to the intensity ratio for incidentand reflected light) than in the transmittancespectra and as a result, dispersion measurementscan be extended to much lower wavelengths. Thedispersion results show an excellent agreementbetween the films and the single-crystal datadown to a wavelength of 0.355 μm. However, inthe approximate range of 0.8 to 1.3 μm the filmsdispersion falls slightly below that for the singlecrystal. The films optical dispersion can bedescribed by the classical bound electronsdispersion model. The optical measurementsreveal a direct allowed transition at 1.51 eVwhich is in excellent agreement with 1.514 eVreported for CdTe single crystal at roomtemperature.LITERATURE1. B.M. Duke përdorur metodën Newton-Raphson si pjesë kryesore të programit, fituam rezultatet që i përmbushën kërkesat e parapërcaktuara.Fjalët çelës: rrjedha e fuqisë, metoda Newton-Raphson, simulimi.SUMMARYWe have created a new computer program to simulate and investigate the generated power of a systemaccording to our demands. The program calculates the real and reactive power magnitudes and theirangles respectively at the buses in power system. We used Newton-Raphson method as the main bodyof our Program. The output values we obtained fulfilled our required objectives.Keyword: power flow, Newton-Raphson method, simulation.1. INTRODUCTIONWhat is Power Flow?Power Flow studies are of great importance inplanning and designing the future expansion ofpower systems as well as in determining the bestoperation of existing systems [1, 2]. The principalinformation obtained from a Power Flow study isthe magnitude and phase angle of the voltage ateach bus and the real and reactive power flowingin each line.Power Flow includes: Generating supplies according to demand, Keeping Bus voltage magnitude close to therelated ideal values, Allowing the function of generators to operatewithin specific real and reactive power limits, Obtaining statistical data concerning thetransmission lines and transformers, in order toprevent overload from occurring on suchperipherals.Conditional nodal or loop analysis is not suitablefor Power Flow studies because the input data forloads are normally given in terms of power, andnot impedance. Generators are considered asPower sources, not voltage or current sources.Power Flow programs are most suitable toanalyze large transmission grids and the complexinteraction between transmission grids andpower market [3, 4].
