• Manage the school effectively in the absence of the head teacher;• Support the Head Teacher in the management and organisation ofrelevant groupings of children, to ensure effective teaching andlearning takes place and that children’s personal development needsare met;• Work with the Head Teacher and governors in establishing priorities forexpenditure and monitoring the effectiveness of spending and usage ofresources with a view to achieving value for money;• To deploy accommodation effectively to meet teaching and learningneeds, including those for individual pupils and ensure accommodationpromotes high quality teaching and learning.E. Quality Assurance:• To effectively implement appropriate quality control systems;• To monitor, evaluate and review the effectiveness of link ;• The post holder will be subject to performance management objectiveswhich will be agreed and reviewed annually.F.
