Other scenarioswere reviewed to identify required adjustments or additions to the planning factors <strong>and</strong> nationaltargets.• This capability applies to a wide range of incidents <strong>and</strong> emergencies, including those caused by animprovised nuclear device, aerosol anthrax, a blister agent, a nerve agent, <strong>and</strong> a radiological dispersaldevice.
