I don't believe in them being well planned and properly
executed. There is always a high probability of corruption
on both sides. Instead of letting local population using that
money for progressive economic and social
development those funds just disappear in deep pockets of
corrupt officials leading to various social and military
conflicts and growing number
of refugees. It's more than stupidity to clear forests (!) in
Africa. It's a crime. Especially when it's done by foreign
corporations. Africa is being practically raped socially and
economically by the so-called developed world for
centuries and all evil regimes there are first gladly fostered
by foreign governments and then brutally attacked when
they believe the time for a new puppet has come.
