ETransferring Hydrometer Readings from the DMA-35 Hydrometeri. Transferring hydrometer datainto a string location erasesALL existing data.ii. This process cannot beundone.1. To initiate data transfer fromthe DMA-35 hydrometer tothe <strong>CVR+</strong>, on the DMA-35hydrometer, select MENU,press OK, select Export, thenpress OK.2. On the <strong>CVR+</strong>, select HYD Modefrom the MAIN MENU.The <strong>CVR+</strong> displays HYD stringsA thru H with the number ofstored readings and the datewhen last reading was added.3. Select an HYD string (A-H).The stored string hydrometerdata and the date and timedata which was transferred aredisplayed.4. Line up the IRDA ports of the<strong>CVR+</strong> and DMA-35 (About 6 to12 inches apart).5. On the <strong>CVR+</strong>, press MENU andselect Upload New from thesubmenu.The DMA-35 data transferswithin 10 to 40 seconds.

On the <strong>CVR+</strong>, press MENU andselect Upload New from thesubmenu.The DMA-35 data transferswithin 10 to 40 seconds.!Never leave the RS232 cableconnected when measuringvoltage.RS232 Connector


GExporting One String of Stored Data to a USB Flash Drive1. Select VDC Mode or HYD Modefrom the MAIN MENU.The <strong>CVR+</strong> displays VDC or HYDstrings A thru H with the numberof stored readings and the datewhen the last reading added.2. Select a string (A-H) to export.3. Connect a USB flash drive to the<strong>CVR+</strong> using the supplied USBadapter cable (USB mini-A maleto USB female).4. Press MENU and select-> Flash USB from thesubmenu.The <strong>CVR+</strong> creates and exportsa .cdf file (cell data file) for theselected string.iv. The file name suffix _00increments if a second stringof the same base name isexported on the same date.v. NO data is deleted fromthe <strong>CVR+</strong> during the exportprocess.vi. The <strong>CVR+</strong> is configured toonly create .cdf files on a USBflash drive. It cannot delete oroverwrite existing files.!Never leave the USB flashdrive connected whenmeasuring voltage.i. The created file and locationfor the stored file (for exampleVDC String A) will be: [Root]\CVR_PLUS\mm_dd_yy\VDC_A_00.cdfii. It cannot delete oroverwrite existing files.!Never leave the USB flashdrive connected whenmeasuring voltage.i. The created file and locationfor each stored file (forexample VDC String A) willbe: [Root]\CVR_PLUS\mm_dd_yy\VDC_A_00.cdfii. If in HYD mode, press SG/Tto toggle between the SG andTemperature graphs.iii. To move the cursor, press theUP and DOWN buttons.iv. The cursor automaticallypages up or down if more than24 readings are displayed.v. The <strong>CVR+</strong> is best heldsideways in Graph mode.
