Assessment of training <strong>and</strong> technical assistance to support ICAC grantees.<strong>The</strong> purpose of the ICAC Training <strong>and</strong> Technical Assistance (ICAC T&TA) program is toprovide law en<strong>for</strong>cement officers, computer <strong>for</strong>ensic investigators <strong>and</strong> prosecutors with the toolsnecessary to effectively investigate <strong>and</strong> prosecute computer facilitated crimes against children.Since 2005, OJJDP awarded funding to Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) to design <strong>and</strong>implement cutting-edge training <strong>and</strong> technical assistance focused on investigative techniques <strong>and</strong>best practices <strong>for</strong> undercover operations to combat Internet crimes against children.78
