Assessment of Federal, State, and Local CooperationThe Act called for an assessment of ICAC Task Force activities including the following factors:(a) the number of arrests made by each Task Force;(b) the number of criminal referrals to United States attorneys for prosecution;(c) the number of prosecutions and convictions from the referrals to United Statesattorneys for prosecution;(d) the number, if available, of local prosecutions and convictions based on ICACTask Force investigations; and(e) other information demonstrating Federal, State, and local coordination.As provided for in Section 106(d) of the Act, each funded State or local ICAC Task Forcereported on the following data elements for last 12-month period. For certain data elements, nomechanism was in place to capture the indicated data; however, a full year of data is providedunless otherwise noted.a.
