Assessment of Federal, State, <strong>and</strong> Local Cooperation<strong>The</strong> Act called <strong>for</strong> an assessment of ICAC Task Force activities including the following factors:(a) the number of arrests made by each Task Force;(b) the number of criminal referrals to United States attorneys <strong>for</strong> prosecution;(c) the number of prosecutions <strong>and</strong> convictions from the referrals to United Statesattorneys <strong>for</strong> prosecution;(d) the number, if available, of local prosecutions <strong>and</strong> convictions based on ICACTask Force investigations; <strong>and</strong>(e) other in<strong>for</strong>mation demonstrating Federal, State, <strong>and</strong> local coordination.As provided <strong>for</strong> in Section 106(d) of the Act, each funded State or local ICAC Task Forcereported on the following data elements <strong>for</strong> last 12-month period. For certain data elements, nomechanism was in place to capture the indicated data; however, a full year of data is providedunless otherwise noted.a.
