CLARIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENT OF RFP DOCUMENTS2.1 The eligible Consultants may request a clarification of any of the RFPdocuments up to the number of days indicated in the Data Sheet before theProposal submission date. Any request for clarification must be sent inwriting by paper mail, facsimile, or electronic mail to the Client’s addressindicated in the Data Sheet. The Client will respond by cable, facsimile, orelectronic mail to such requests and will send copies of the response(including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source ofinquiry) to all invited consultants who intend to submit proposals.2.2 At any time before the submission of Proposals, the Client may for anyreason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarificationrequested by a Consulting firm, modify the RFP documents by amendment.Any amendment shall be issued in writing through addendum. Addendummay be sent by mail, cable, telex, facsimile or electronic mail toconsultants or/and will be hosted on MPRDC website which will be bindingon them. The Client may at its discretion extend the deadline for thesubmission of Proposals.3. PREPARATION OF <strong>PROPOSAL</strong>3.1 You are requested to submit your proposal in Two Parts using but not limitedto the formats enclosed herewith (refer section 3,4 and 5) in 2 separateenvelopes/ packages and put together in one single outer envelope/package.The two parts shall be:Part 1: Technical Proposal andPart 2: Financial Proposal.9
