RFP document for Independent Engineer for roads under Rewa Divisionengaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices incompeting for the contract in question;(c)(d)will declare a firm ineligible, either indefinitely or for a stated periodof time, to be awarded a contract if it at any time determines that thefirm has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent practices in competing for,or in executing, a contract; andwill have the right to require that a provision be included requiringconsultants to permit the MPRDC to inspect their accounts andrecords relating to the performance of the contract and to havethem audited by authorized representatives of MPRDC.1.10 Consultants, their Sub-Consultants, and their associates shall not beunder a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices.Furthermore, the Consultants shall be aware of the provisions on fraud andcorruption stated in the specific clauses in the General Conditions ofContract.1.11 Consultants shall furnish information on commissions and gratuities, if any,paid or to be paid to agents relating to this proposal and during execution ofthe assignment if the Consultant is awarded the Contract, in the FinancialProposal.1.12 The Data Sheet indicates how long Consultants’ Proposals must remain validafter the submission date. During this period, Consultants shall maintain theavailability of Professional staff nominated in the Proposal. The Client willmake its best effort to complete negotiations within this period. Should theneed arise, however, the Client may request Consultants to extend thevalidity period of their proposals. Consultants who agree to such extensionshall confirm that they maintain the availability of the Professional staffnominated in the Proposal, or in their confirmation of extension of validity ofthe Proposal, Consultants could submit new staff in replacement, whowould be considered in the final evaluation for contract award.
