However, after signing ofthe Contract, the Client may return the unopened Financial Proposals to theunsuccessful Consultants.7.2 The successful firm with whom the contract is signed is expected tocommence the assignment on the date and at the location specified in thedata sheet.8. In case ofassociation/sub-consultant the experience of associated firm/sub-consultantshall not be counted whereas the key personnel of the associated firmwould be considered for evaluation. All the personnel shall have workingknowledge of English and all the reports etc shall be written in English.3.7 MPRDC shall reimburse only service tax. Consultant has to assess all othertaxes and should inbuilt them in their financial proposal. These taxes (otherthan service tax) should not be provided separately. Consultants arerequested to consult Tax Consultants for details.3.8 The Consultants to state local cost in INR.19
