Continuous Stimulation: You control when and how long Stimulation isdelivered to your dog through the Receiver Collar’s Contact Points. When theContinuous Stimulation (Lower Button) is pressed for 8 seconds or more, theRemote Transmitter will “time-out.” The button will need to be released andpressed again before additional Stimulation can be delivered.Negative Tone: Use a Negative Tone (Upper Button) with a Stimulation tostop unwanted behaviors. Timing is critical. The Negative Tone followed by theStimulation should occur during or immediately after the unwanted behavior.Once your dog associates the Negative Tone with the Stimulation, you will onlyneed to use the Negative Tone.Positive Tone: Use the Positive Tone (Side Button) as a marker to reinforcepositive behavior.
