TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF South Bonanza (1790) OFFER1. The present terms and conditions of “South Bonanza (1790) Offer”(hereinafter referred to as the “offer”) are applicable only for the personswho become subscriber(s) of Dish TV India Limited (hereinafter referred toas the “Company”) by taking dishtv connection under the present offerwithin the offer period in the territory.2. This offer is applicable and available only in the states of Andhra Pradesh,Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry (hereinafter referred to asterritory) and can be availed only by the resident of the territory.3. This is a limited period offer starting from November 12, 2008 and expiringon December 31, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as offer period). Only suchcustomers who are activating the dishtv connection during the offer periodwithin the territory shall be entitled for the benefits under this offer.4. A customer can avail this offer in the territory during the offer period bypaying Rs. 1790/- (Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and NinetyOnly) and Installation cost of Rs. 200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only).5. A customer activating a dishtv connection under the terms of the presentoffer shall be entitled to the following:a. Three (3) months subscription of South Silver Package from thedate of activation of the dishtv connection. (Composition of theSouth Silver Package is available with the dealers/distributors ofthe Company and also at www.dishtv.in).b. 3 months free preview of the other two south language bouquetsother than the bouquet opted by the customer under South SilverPackage. (Composition of the South Silver Package is availablewith the dealers/distributors of the Company and also atwww.dishtv.in).c. 3 months free preview of the following bouquets: Bollywood Item(ZEE Action, ZEE Premier, ZEE Classic), Fun Cuisine (Discovery,Animal Planet, MTV, Nickelodeon), English Delight (HBO, ZEECafé, ZEE Studio), Sony Feast (Sony, Max, SAB), Rainbow

Sundae (Discovery Travel and Living, AXN, VH1, Pix, Animax) andKiddy Fun (Cartoon Network, Pogo)6. The above mentioned price of Rs. 1790 is inclusive of Customer PremisesEquipment (CPE) rental for three (3) years, and the subscription chargesfor the South Silver Package for three months. The CPE rental after theexpiry of three years shall be a token amount of Re. 1 per year.7. CPE includes Set Top Box, LNB, Dish and wire. For installation of everyconnection, wire upto maximum of 15 meter shall be provided and if extrawire is required for installation, the customer would have to bear theexpenses for extra wire.8. The above mentioned prices do not include Octroi/ Entry Tax which thecustomer would be required to pay in addition to the abovesaid prices,wherever applicable.9. During the initial period of three months a customer shall not be entitled todowngrade to a lower priced package from the package chosen at thetime of taking the dishtv connection. However package upgradation tohigher priced package(s) is allowed subject to the customer paying thedifferential amount for the upgraded package for the remaining periodwhich he has not viewed.10. In case, during the initial subscription period, on the request of thecustomer, the language zone opted by him/her is changed or the SouthSilver is upgraded from the opted package, free preview of all the 8packages/bouquets shall be terminated.11. After the expiry of the initial subscription period of three months acustomer shall be entitled to choose available package(s) as per theprevailing rates.12. During the initial subscription period if a customer opts for any otherchannels/package which is not being offered under the present offer andis available on dishtv platform, he/she shall be required to pay for suchchannel/package.

13. To be entitled for the benefits of the Offer the dishtv connection under thesaid scheme must be taken from any of the authorized dealer of theCompany.14. Movies available on the movie on demand services of the Company shallnot be free. If a customer orders for any movie on movie on demandservice of the Company, he/she shall have to pay the charges for thesame.15. A customer shall not be entitled to take child connections under this offer.16. In case any new channels are added into the South Silver Package in theinitial period of three months, the Company reserves the right to charge forthe same which shall be borne by the customer.17. A customer who has procured dishtv connection under this offer is notentitled to claim money / refund or alternate service in lieu of the servicebeing provided under this offer.18. The Company reserves the right to add / drop a channel / package /service from any package and / or from the platform and / or change thepackage / channel / service rates.19. The Company shall have the right to change the package of channels and/ or the terms of this offer or stop the offer before the expiry of offer perioddue to Force Majeure condition including act of god, Government Action,conditions beyond the control of the Company including removal ofchannel due to the same being not made available by the Broadcaster,increase in price due to increase of the price of the channels by theBroadcaster and the customer who has procured the dishtv connectionunder this offer shall be bound by such change etc. The Company shallnot be under any obligation to provide alternative or additional service orrefund of money due to the said change.20. The Company retains the right to change, amend, extend, modify and alterthe present terms and conditions, in whole or in part, without any notice.The Company shall not be under any obligation of what so ever naturedue to such change, amendment, extension, modification.

21. By activating the dishtv connection under the present offer, a customer isdeemed to have read and accepted the present terms and conditions andshall therefore be bound by the terms and conditions of this offer.22. The offer is available for non- commercial usage only.23. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the offer, the decision ofthe Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.24. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only andno other courts shall have jurisdiction in this regard.
