misconduct and misappropriation of Panchayat Fund, unless the complaintis duly signed and contains specific allegations.(3) In the event of suspension of the Pradhan of Gram Panchayat orChairman of Panchayat Samiti or Chairman of Zila Parishad, as the case maybe, Up-Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat, Vice-Chairman of the PanchayatSamiti or Vice-Chairman of Zila Parishad, as the case may be, shall performall the duties and exercise all the powers of the Pradhan of Gram Panchayator Chairman of Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad, as the case may be, duringthe period for which suspension continues.143.
