The <strong>Subcommittee</strong> recognizes thatdetermining eligibility for casework services for domestic victims shouldbalance <strong>the</strong> goals <strong>of</strong> providing easy access and preventing fraud. The<strong>Subcommittee</strong> discussed <strong>the</strong> possibility <strong>of</strong> a certification process fordomestic victims. This recommendation may merit fur<strong>the</strong>r considerationby SPOG.12
