Notes regardingrecommendations f~r design iulpr~vement shall be recorded and fur~heramplified in tileFMECA report, General Requirements, 4.5. This entryalso may include a notation of unusual conditions, damage effects ofredundant items, recognition of particularly critical design features orany other remarks t}latamplify the line entry.
