General DescriptionThis document describes HX8347-G 240RGBx320 dots resolution driving controller.The HX8347-G is designed to provide a single-chip solution that combines a gatedriver, a source driver, power supply circuit for 262,144 colors to drive a TFT panelwith 240RGBx320 dots at maximum.The HX8347-G can be operated in low-voltage (1.4V) condition for the interface andintegrated internal boosters that produce the liquid crystal voltage, breeder resistanceand the voltage follower circuit for liquid crystal driver. In addition, The HX8347-G alsosupports various functions to reduce the power consumption of a LCD system viasoftware control.The HX8347-G supports two interface groups: Command-Parameter interface group,Register-Content interface group. The interface groups are selected by the externalpin IFSEL setting. This manual description focuses on Register-Content interfacegroup.
