This allows you to deploy devices in the networkthat require power without installing standard power cables. The G350 MM314 enables you toconfigure a power consumption usage threshold, as well as to generate traps when thisthreshold is crossed.The MM314 PoE media module provides power over standard Category 3 and Category 5cables. The MM314 PoE media module is designed to comply to the IEEE 802.3af standard.Note:Note:When you connect a non-powered device to a PoE port, the PoE port statusalternates between Searching and Fault.
