Historically theproduct had a high warranty rate since, although theywere tightened to the correct torque, the bolts wouldlose clamp load during normal operation.Our Production Optimization expert performed anultrasonic clamp load analysis on the bolted joints ofthe differential case <strong>and</strong> ring gear bolts.
